The PhysioMed Women's Triathlon & Duathlon on Sunday, 10 February 2019 is based at the Selwyn Aquatic Centre in Rolleston, Canterbury.
The swim is multiple lengths of the 25m pool at the Selwyn Aquatic Centre and the bike and run legs on the roads and paths in the area.
Enter as an Individual or put a team together - your team can be 2 or 3 wonderful ladies.
The age limit for individual entry is 13 years old; 2018 saw the introduction of the new "Buddy Up" category which 10 to 13 year olds can enter with an adult "Buddy" to complete the event together. You must stay together for the whole event and cross the finish together.

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
1km + 10km + 3km
1km + 20km + 5km
Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run):
100m + 10km + 3km
200m + 20km + 5km
