Next month the XTERRA Trail Challenge is back in the trail running goldmine of Waihi. Over 600 entrants are expected to take to the trails on Saturday 13th October 2012. Read more, including Grant Guise's take on it.
Make sure you enter the inaugural Tauranga Running and Cycling Festival at Mills Reef vineyard before the late fee kicks in on midnight Sunday. Event info. The cycle is 67km and the running/walking event 7km.
I ran in the Abel Tasman Coastal Classic on Saturday and will be writing 1 or 2 blog posts about it this week and next week. Meanwhile, read Vajin Armstrong's take on it. Vajin placed 2nd overall.
