McLeans Forest Run - Winter Edition - 5th July 2026

Registrations are now open for Christchurch’s new McLeans Forest Run, a winter trail event taking place on Sunday 5 July. Just 15 minutes from the city, McLeans Forest offers a unique running experience through pine forests and river trails.

Participants can choose from a half marathon, 10km or 5km, with options for both runners and walkers. All races start and finish at Frazer Oval, creating a vibrant, family-friendly hub. The event celebrates nearly 20 years of the park and aims to become an annual highlight.

Early bird entries and prize draw available until 3 June, sign up now to secure your spot.
