Current Competitions

Go in the draw to win a free entry into the 5K or 10K Run Auckland 2011 at Western Springs on Sunday June 19th 2011. This competition runs until the end of Tuesday June 7th 2011 and the winner will be drawn at random the following day. Event information. Enter competition.

Recent Competition Winners

The winners of the free entries into the Carters Whangarei Run/Walk Festival on September 11th 2011 are Dianne Meyer and Dianne Anson from Whangarei who are both entering the 10K and Chris Wilson from Pukekohe who is entering the Half Marathon.

What's coming up over the next two weeks?

Saturday June 4th 2011

• Glenbervie Forest 2 Day Marathon - 16K and 5.1K on Saturday
• The Frontrunner Series in Queenstown with 5K and 10K options. The first of seven events.

Sunday June 5th 2011

• Glenbervie Forest 2 Day Marathon - Half Marathon on Saturday
• 3D Rotorua Off Road Winter Multisport Festival with a 10.5K and Half Marathon run/walk. There are also various multisport options.
• Aurora Handicap Marathon in Lower Hutt
• Mount Jogger's Half Marathon 10K and 5K at Mount Maunganui
• Christchurch Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K and kids 5.5K and 2.5K at the alternate location in Lincoln.

Saturday June 11th 2011

• XTERRA Wellington Trail Running Series - Starlight Event at Wainui MTB Park starting at 6pm

Sunday June 12th 2011

• Brookfield Bog Challenge in Wainuiomata. Run the 4K course once, twice or three times.
• Hawke's Bay Trail Run Series - the second event in this series, this one at Havelock North
• Manawatu Striders Winter Series - the first of three events. 5K, 10K and 15K options.
• Sri Chinmoy Auckland Domain Series - 5K,10K, 20K and kids 1.5K options
• XTERRRA Auckland Trail Running Series at Shakespear Park with approx 7K, 12K, 16K, 20K options

All events listed below are weekly unless otherwise noted in italics.

Mondays

• The Frontrunner New Plymouth 5K Series at 5:30pm

Tuesdays

• O'Hagan's 5K Series at 6:00pm until May 31st
• AdiRun Newmarket at 6:00pm with 5K, 7K and 10K options

Wednesdays

• The Rat Race 5K in Milford, Auckland at 6:00pm
• Waitakere Triathlon and Multisport Club Weekly 5K at 6:15pm
