The 3 Peaks Mountain Race in Dunedin on 14 March 2027 is an endurance trail run organised by Leith Harrier & Athletic Club.

Named after the three peaks of Flagstaff (668m), Swampy (739m) and Mt Cargill (676m), the original 26km event takes runners and walkers up and along some of Dunedin’s most beautiful trails through lush native bush and forestry where they are rewarded with stunning panoramic views.

The 56km course adds one of the high points of the Silverpeaks, Pulpit Rock (760m), and even more amazing terrain and trail.

The 11km is a trail run or walk over the summit of Mount Cargill.

There is also a 1km Kids' Fun Run open to kids 12 years and under. Small children are welcome to be accompanied by a caregiver and each child will receive a small finisher's medal.
