The Manawatu Striders Super Seven Series is an annual 3km & 7km fun run/walk series over 7 weeks on Tuesday nights, with this week's event on 14 January 2020.

Run or walk through the Esplanade, along the River Track and back past the lagoon on Centennial Drive, starting from the YMCA on Park Rd.
