The annual Total Life Kids Tryathlon on 12 April 2026 is held at Splash Palace & Rugby Park in Invercargill.

The pool swim is followed by a multi lap road bike and then a run following a "zig-zag" course at Rugby Park Stadium.

Distances/Events

All ages: 1 x lap learners pool + 4K bike (or 2K scooter) + 1.5K run
6 - 10 yrs: 100m swim + 4K bike + 1.5K run
11 - 14 yrs: 200m swim + 8K bike + 1.5K run
