The Chia Sisters Cross Triathlon at Rabbit Island returns on 15 November 2026, based at the west end of the beach reserve.

The MTB course features scenic forest trails.

Duathlon options are available for both short and long distances.

Short: 250m + 8-10K + 2.5K
Sprint: 750m + 15-20K + 5K

Cross Duathlon (Run + MTB + Run):
Short: 2.5K + 8-10K + 2.5K
Sprint: 5K + 15-20K + 5K
