The Methven Adventure Race returns on 7 March 2027 with a 3 or 6 hour foot rogaine.

The location for the 2027 event is Mount Alford Station, starting and finishing at Pudding Hill Lodge. This is approximately a 1hr drive from Christchurch.

The 3 hour event is designed for families or beginners keen to try an adventure race. The 6 hour event is designed to be achievable for competitors with a reasonable level of fitness and some navigational competency.

In 2027, the event includes 2km and 5km dash races around the farm, perfect for all ages and abilities to enjoy a day out.
