The Leith Harbour Free 5K & 10K is a free monthly community time trial with this month's event on 1 October 2026.

The event takes place at two different venues and is run once a month usually alternating between Thursdays 6pm and Sundays 9am.

The October event is on the West Harbour course with a start/finish on the Corner Neptune and Magnet Streets, Dunedin. It runs along the Te Aka Ōtākou shared path with 5km and 10km turnaround points. Wheelchair and pram friendly.

Registration can take place online or at the start - you only need to register once for future races.
