This week's newsletter showcases the Porirua Grand Traverse; along with interesting articles, including how to run a faster marathon.
Porirua Grand Traverse - All ages, all abilities, all amazing!
If you haven’t already, pencil in April 12th for Wellington’s biggest festival of all things endurance. Alongside a spectacular 21k mountain run there’s a 12k kayak and a 32k mountain bike, or you can take it all on in the multisport (kayak, mtn bike, mtn run) or duathlon (mtn bike mtn run) options. Or for something more sedate, try the 10k Arena Fitness Fun Run/Walk or the FS Cycles 12k Fun Bike.
From spectacular native bush, to remote beaches and hidden high-country farmland, the Porirua Grand Traverse is as spectacular as it is inclusive. All ages, all abilities, all amazing!
