5 workouts to get you faster in 20 minutes or less
Coach David Roche shares 5 workouts, each of which is 20 minutes or shorter, including rest periods. With a 10 minute warm up and cool down, the full workout plus a shower afterwards will take less than an hour.

- The date for the Cheviot Hills Challenge which was postponed from 4 November has now been set as 27 January
- The Great NZ Santa Run in Rotorua has moved from 5 to 6 December due to a request from the local council
