The Ultimate Beach Run returns at sunrise on 28 February 2026 with a 3km, 6km and 12km run on the Marine Parade Coastal pathway in Mount Maunganui.

Courses are out-and-back routes starting at the Mount Maunganui Cenotaph where you’ll run/walk away from Mauao along the new pathway before heading down onto the beach. Turnaround points depend on distance chosen.

Beach Run is inclusive, welcoming everyone, including your furry friends (3km & 6km) and little ones in prams.
