The Arataki Trail Run returns on 8 November 2026 with a mixed terrain 8.5km run/walk and 17km run in the Waitakere Ranges.

Starting at the top of the Beveridge Track, just off the Arataki Visitor Centre Carpark, the course is based on well-formed, but undulating and challenging trails, road and 4WD tracks within stunning regenerated rainforest.

2 new out-and-back sections off Pipeline Road have extended the course to 8.5km in 2026. The course is the same for both distances, with 17km entrants running the loop twice. Walkers are welcome in the 8.5km distance.

Entries are limited.
