The Taupō Harriers Summer 5K Series race on 19 March 2025 is the final race of an annual run/walk series every fortnight on Wednesday evenings in the summer.

The start and finish is at Wharewaka Point with the 5km course on an out and back loop along the Great Lake Pathway / Lions Walk to 2 Mile Bay.

The Kids race is 2 laps around Wharewaka Point (1500m).
