The Waimea Harriers Sprig & Fern 10km fun and walk in Māpua on 18 October 2025 is the final of four 10km events in the Nelson area.

Everyone and all abilities are welcome. There is a $10 entry fee per event; it's free for school children and youth students, and for Waimea Harriers and Athletics Nelson members.

Registration opens at 1.20pm and closes promptly at 2pm. Casual walkers & very early runners start at 1:45pm. Speed walkers & early runners start at 2:15pm. Main running group starts at 2:30pm.

If you don't feel up to doing the full 10km, find a friend and enter as a team and do 5km each. You'll need to get yourselves to and from the 5km mark.

Meet at the back of the Māpua Community Hall - opposite the Māpua Sprig+Fern on Aranui Road.
