The Papatowai Challenge on 1 March 2025 is a friendly, pre-season fun run and walk in Papatowai (2 hours from Dunedin, 1.5 hours from Invercargill).

Choose whether to walk or run this 15.5km course on a varied scenic course of stunning bush tracks, beach running, and local roads. It caters for a range of abilities and has a strong social aspect, with many returning year after year.

For a shorter adventure, the 5km Papatowai Canter offers a taste of the course's best features.
