Paeroa to Thames

Run/Walk Off Road/Trail Relay

The Paeroa to Thames Fun Run on Sunday, 25 November 2018 is an all abilities fun run or walk on the Hauraki Rail Trail to raise funds for Steps for Reid, a 3 year old boy needing SDR surgery in the USA to assist him with his Cerebral Palsy.

The 30km can be run solo, or in a team relay of 2 to 8 people. There are 13 legs between public road crossings. Teams can choose where they want to swap runners over but it must be on the public road crossings excluding Kaimanawa, Corbett, Townsend and Kirikiri West Roads.

This event has been created to raise awareness for people with Cerebral Palsy; create an all abilities fun event for everyone to enjoy; and to assist Reid's family with much needed funds to help with their journey.
