Owai 5K in the Park on Wednesday, 19 December 2018 is a weekly 5km and 2.5km race on Wednesday nights run by Owairaka Athletic & Harrier Club at Lovelock Track on Sandringham Road in Mt Roskill.

The course runs through the park on paths with some grassy sections, and there is a sausage sizzle and cold drinks available at the end.

Race registration is from 6pm on the night, with the race starting at 6.15pm. There is a short prizegiving to follow. Sausage sizzle, drinks & other foods are available on the night.
