The Leith Harbour Free 5K & 10K is a free monthly community time trial with this month's event on 29 March 2026.

The event takes place at two different venues and is run once a month usually alternating between Thursdays 6pm and Sundays 9am.

The March 2026 event is on the East Harbour course with a start/finish from outside 9 Kitchener Street. It runs along the Te Aka Ōtākou shared path with 5km and 10km turnaround points. Wheelchair and pram friendly.

Registration can take place online or at the start - you only need to register once for future races.
