The fourth and final event in the Tuffnell Drainage JD Duathlon Series 2026 is at the Southbridge Rugby Grounds near Christchurch on 25 October 2026.

The Run legs are on a rectangular lap of approximately 1.4km, following footpaths. The Bike leg is laps of a 9.4km flat onroad course (no drafting allowed).

The JD Duathlons strive to provide a variety of race options for all levels of athletes from the first timer to elite athlete and do so in a professional and safe manner.

There is a great crew of sponsors on board and both John & Dave are athletes themselves so know what makes for a successful event.

Format: Run + Bike + Run:

Open & Teams: 3.1K + 28K + 4.5K
Novice / Junior / Youth: 1.7K + 9.4K + 1.7K
Secondary Schools Champs: 1.7K + 9.4K + 1.7K

Kids 5-9 years: A run/bike/run on the grass within the sports grounds
