The Kids Fun Run on 6 March 2026 is held as part of the IRONMAN New Zealand week in Taupō, so there's something for the whole family to enjoy.

This event gives kids aged 5 - 13 years the perfect opportunity to soak up the IRONMAN atmosphere as they conquer a run through Tongariro Domain.

Every participant will receive a special t-shirt and finishers medal.

It’s all about having fun and taking part – no timing or placings will be recorded.

5 - 7 yrs: 700m (1 lap)
8 - 10 yrs: 1.4K (2 laps)
11 - 13 yrs: 2.1K (3 laps)
