The Great Forest Rogaine on 25 July 2026 is an annual 3 or 6 hour Rogaine event held in the Whakarewarewa Forest, Rotorua.

The format of the rogaine is a teams' competition made up of 2, 3 or 4 members on mountain bike or foot.

The event will take place through the Whakarewarewa Forest area. You won't know where exactly until you receive the map on the day. Whakarewarewa Forest has hundreds of the world's best mountain bike and walking tracks. You're guaranteed to go somewhere new, and it's all part of the adventure.
