The Christchurch Motorway Half Marathon on 22 February 2026 starts and finishes at the Canterbury Agricultural Park.

The course is traffic free and caters for all levels of runners from beginners to elite runners aiming for a PB. Entrants will be able to see vehicles racing past on the motorway as they enjoy this fast run.

As well as the Half Marathon, there is also a 5km and 10km distance - each distance also offers a walking category.

There is also a 2km Kids' run.
