This is an off-road, cross country adventure hosted by Sport Northland Events and is designed exclusively for intermediate and secondary school students (years 7 - 13).

The course is held on farmland and includes a range of natural obstacles. Participants will be required to navigate paddocks, rocks, swamps, rivers, fences, climb steep hills and traverse rugged uneven terrain in possibly cold weather and rain.

Participants can expect to run between 6-7ish km with around 180 metres of elevation.
