The Barefoot XTRAIL Rangituhi Rumbler on 6 September 2026 in Porirua is part of an annual series of off road trail runs.

The event includes a short, medium and long distance course, starting from Spicers Botanical Park and winding their way up through the trails of Spicers Forest before breaking into the rugged beauty of the Colonial Knob Reserve.

Each race in the series has short, medium and long distances, which equate to approximately 5km to 7km for short courses, 10km to 14km for medium courses, and 17km to 20km+ for long courses.
