Set against the stunning backdrop of the Manukau Harbour and the iconic Māngere Bridge, this popular spring event features a run–bike–run format for athletes aged 12 and up. The run course follows a mix of off-road concrete paths and gravel roads through Ambury Regional Park, while the bike leg takes place on traffic-managed quiet roads including Kiwi Esplanade, Andes Avenue, Muir Avenue, and Ambury Road.
Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned multisporter, this event is open to all. Prize money is up for grabs, adding extra motivation for those chasing the podium.
Proudly hosted by Auckland City Tri Club since 2009, this race was formerly known as the Pukekohe Sprint Duathlon and continues to grow as a highlight on the duathlon calendar.
