Ashburton Duathlon Series

The Ashburton Duathlon Series on Sunday, 11 June 2017 caters for everyone: young, old, male, female, big, small, fast or slow and includes have family sections.

The run/walk is in the enclosed area of the Ashburton A&P Showgrounds on a mixture of grass and seal, and the bike ride is an out and back ride Seafield Road. The short course goes once out and back and the long course does it twice. There are no hills and very little traffic, making this an appealing event.

The short course is a 2.5km run/walk, followed by 10km bike, and finshing with a 1.25km run/walk. The long course is double: 5km, then 20km and finshing with 2.5km.
