The Shorebird Coast Run on 14 September 2025 includes a 5km, 10km and Half Marathon along a section of the picturesque Hauraki Rail Trail.

All courses are flat, out-and-back routes starting from Ray's Rest Reserve in Kaiaua.

This is an opportunity to get out and enjoy the beautiful coastal trails, learn something new about the amazing wildlife of Pūkorokoro/Miranda and support the people helping preserve their environment, the Pūkorokoro Shorebird Centre.
