Bivouac Night Navigation at Halswell Quarry in Christchurch on 21 September 2022 is one of three events in an adventure navigation series of races organised by the Bivouac Outdoor Southerly Storm orienteering team.

This is a rogaine event, in which competitors walk or run or bike* through the forest collecting checkpoints; these are shown on the map handed out just before the start. All competitors have an hour to collect as many checkpoints as possible before returning, often in a rush, to the finish. You can compete in teams or as an individual.
