The course is grassy, mostly flat with some small ups and downs. This is a great introduction to the sport of cross country running, also known as harriers. The emphasis is on fun and taking part in a great winter sport for the whole family.

​Everyone aged 7 years and older can take part. You choose your distance from 2km (one lap) or 4km (two laps).
