Follow event Triathlon Off Road/Trail Relay

The Kiwiman Xtreme Triathlon returns to New Plymouth, Taranaki on 3 April 2027.

The full course starts with a 3.6km swim at Lake Rotomanu before biking 194km around Taranaki Maunga, finishing with a 46km run to the mountain’s base.

The 0.5 Kiwiman Xtreme has the same tough course feel, but half the distance. Swim 2K in the stunning Lake Ratapiko; bike 95km of torturous inland hills of Taranaki and finish with a 23.5km challenging run, starting at sea level and navigating your way through iconic tracks finishing at Lake Mangamahoe.

Both options can be entered solo or in a team of up to four. Tackle one leg each or tag in and out across the course.

0.5: 2K + 95K + 23.5K - solo/team
Full: 3.6K + 194K + 46K - solo/team
