The Kinloch Off Road Challenge near Taupō on 5 September 2026 includes a trail Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km and 5km distance.

This courses take you on a journey through the world-class trail network in and around Kinloch. With each course offering something very different from the next, there’s something awesome for everyone.

Whether you’re headed out past the picturesque Kawakawa Bay in the Marathon, around the headland loop for the Half Marathon, or up the Whangamata stream on the shorter courses, you are guaranteed to enjoy stunning views and top notch trails.

This is a cup-free event - bring your own cup/water bottle for refilling at aid stations during the race.
