The Gizzy Laser Half Marathon returns on 18 October 2026 to Matawhero Winery in Gisborne.

Choose from 3 distances; 21km, 10km or 5km. The route runs the stop bank track along the scenic Waipaoa River. This course is flat and fast so if you're interested in trying for a PB, this is your race.

Walkers are welcome (this is not a competitive walking race. Walkers can walk or jog).
