Mountain Designs GeoQuest NZ 48hr Adventure Race is in Napier, Hawke's Bay from 25 to 28 October 2024.

This is a non-stop 48 hour adventure race, including disciplines of trekking, mountain biking, and kayaking. You and your teammates stay together for the whole race – it isn’t a relay.

There are two course options, the Full Course and the Geo-Half. The Full Course is the ultimate test for a team while the Geo-Half is approximately half the distance but still allows teams the full 48 hours to reach the finish line.

Headquarters for the 2024 event will be based in Napier, with courses set among the stunning rivers, parks and forests of the Hawke’s Bay region. This is where teams will register, receive the course and is the location of the finish line and presentations.
