The Sharland Cycles 5K Fun Run/Walk Series is held on Wednesday evenings in November, December, February and March, with this week's event on 4 March 2026.

Registration is from 5:30pm in the car park at the side of Club Waimea, look out for the Waimea Harriers flag. The event starts at 6pm. There is a small entry fee for adults, and it's free for school kids and youth students.

There will be a different course each week, on pavements and trails. Refer to the event website for course details.
