The Sunset Run and Walk is for women of all abilities that want to reset their body, mind and health through running but haven't had the confidence or community to start.
Meet at Okahu Bay at 6pm and enjoy a 5km walk or run to Mission Bay and back. This is followed by guided yoga and relaxation with one of the most experienced yoga teachers in Auckland, Swami Yogamani. All finishers will also get a goodie bag to help them make 2016 their healthiest year yet.
If you'd like to start later, you have the option to join for the yoga at 7pm and start your run at 8pm.
