The indoor triathlon at the South Island Masters Games 2017 is a dry twist on conventional triathlons, no swim! Just a row, bike, run. It can be done any time during the course of the games, from Wednesday, 4 October to Sunday, 8 October 2017.
You have a 32 minute slot anytime between 10am and 3pm: row 10 minutes, then cycle 10 minutes, then run/walk (treadmill) 10 minutes. There is a 60 second transition between each activity. Winning is based on the maximum distance attained through all three activities.
