Flow Academy of Motion, Albany, Auckland

Jamzac is New Zealand's national parkour and freerunning competition, held at the Flow Academy of Motion in Albany from Friday, 26 April to Sunday, 28 April 2019.

The weekend starts with an open jam on Friday night, followed by the competition portion of the event on Saturday and Sunday, which consists of qualifiers (open entry) and finals (top 8 from qualifiers). The competition will be split into youth, teens and adult sections. Participants can choose to compete in one or more of the three common methods of training in parkour and freerunning: speed; skill; and style.

This year there will also be a fun competition of cat and mouse, where competitors will complete against a friend or family member in a purpose-built parkour environment. As a cat, your aim is to catch the mouse within 20 seconds. As a mouse, you must evade the cat for 20 seconds.
