Register (Pick up a timing tag) at the Hamilton City Hawks club rooms from 5:20 to 5:45pm with the start at 6.00pm. Everyone jogs to the start along the river path towards the Cobham Drive bridge, then races back to the finish. Burn ya lungs out!
