The Ellesmere Road Runners Wednesday Night Run and Walk on 5 April 2017 is a weekly fun run on Wednesday evenings with your choice of 3km or 6km.

The course is a 3km circuit so the 6km runners go around twice. There is a gold coin entry fee and you enter on the night. The runs are handicapped so you run with people of your own ability. There are 30 to 70 runners and walkers on any given night.

6km runners start from 6pm and need to be registered by 5.45pm. 3km runners/walkers start from approximately 6.15pm and need to be registered by 6pm.
