Bay Run is a weekly 5km and kids 2.5km fun run/walk starting from Carmichael Road Reserve in Tauranga, with this week's event on Tuesday, 7 February 2017.

Kids are FREE, but must still register online before coming along. The course is scenic, flat, with no boring long straights and by the water... it's a great spot and and people will be able to smash out a PB on this course!

Podium Podiatry and Footwear Ltd are on board as a sponsor for Bay Run, and each week they'll be giving all 5km runners an opportunity to win a $250 Podium Shoe Voucher.
