XTERRRA Auckland Trail Running Series

The XTERRA Auckland Trail Run Series is an annual off road trail running series organised by TotalSport. In 2012 it consists of 6 races around Auckland every three weeks between May 20th and September 2nd 2012 at Shakespear Regional Park, Riverhead Forest, Woodhill Forest, Waiuku Forest, Whitford Forest and the Hunua Ranges. Each event has short (5 to 8km), mid (10 to 14km), long (16 to 20km) and super long (21km+) options.

Map Points

	Shakespear Regional Park event.
	Riverhead Forest event. Barlow Rd is the event base and the start line for all distances.
	Woodhill Forest event.
	Waiuku Forest event.
	Whitford Forest event. There is a compulsory carpooling location 1km inside the forest. The start/end location is then another 4 to 5km inside the forest.
	Hunua Ranges event. The Upper Mangatawhiri camp site is the start line for all distances
