The Weedons Summer Stampede 12km run and 5km run/walk is being held around the beautiful rural roads of Weedons, which is west of Christchurch.
The courses are mainly fast and flat, with one gentle rise and fall in the 12km run. The event is organised by teachers, parents and pupils as a fundraiser for Weedons School.
Both events start and finish at the Weedons Country Club which is shown in the map below.
