Unitec Run and Walk Events Series in Auckland
The Unitec Run and Walk Events Series is an annual series as an official build up to the Auckland Marathon. Each of the 5 events increases the total distance run to help with your training.
These are multi-lap events; for example at the Barry Curtis Park event, the 32K is 4x8K laps, the 24K is 3x8K laps, the 16K is 2x8K laps and the 8K a single lap.
2013 sees the introduction of a team event with the Two Lap Series Team Challenge. Teams must have a minimum of 4 members and the finish time is the aggregated total of the first 4 members of your team across the finish line.
