The Rat Race is a 5km running event held every Wednesday at 6:00pm at the Milford Cruising Club and organised by the Takapuna Amateur Athletic and Harrier Club.
The race starts from the Milford Crusing Club which is at 24 Craig Road, Milford in Auckland. Enter from 5:45pm for $6 which includes a free drink at the bar, and there are spot prizes after the race.
