Owai 3K in the Park is a weekly 3km race on Wednesday nights run by Owairaka Athletic & Harrier Club at Lovelock Track, Sandringham Road, Mt Roskill.
The 2013/14 season sees two 9 race series from October 16th to December 11th, and then January 29th to March 26th.
The course runs through the park on paths with some grassy sections. It's only $2 to enter ($1 for under 18s) and there is a sauage sizzle and cold drinks available at the end.
This event starts from the Owairaka Club Rooms which are at 746 Sandringham Road Extn, Mt Roskill in the Mt Roskill Youth Zone building. This is shown approximately in the map below.
