The Okaihau Kaikohe Traverse is a 9K, 14K and Half Marathon off road run and walk on Pou Herenga Tai - the Twin Coast Cycle Trail from Okaihau to Kaikohe. The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Kaikohe.
The 14K and Half Marathon events start at Two Ponga Park, Okaihau and the 9K event from Toia Rd. All events finish in Kaikohe at the Mid-North Motor Inn at 158 Broadway, Kaikohe. Approximate start locations are shown in the map below at points 1 and 2 and the finish line at point 3.
