The Manawatu Striders meet for group training walks of varying distances on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15pm and for a run/walk on Sunday mornings at 8:00am. Individuals select the appropriate group according to their abilities and the goals they set for themselves.
6:15pm from Whakarongo School, Stoney Creek Road (Daylight Savings) or Hockey Manawatu Carpark, Manawaroa Street, Palmerston North (Winter)
