GetRunning Training Sessions

GetRunning's 12 Week Group Training in Auckland (City and North Shore locations) is designed to work runners towards an event while in a supportive, social and structured run group. The sessions vary between run specific strength, speed and hill work to specific event training distances.

It's a great way to work up to a goal while having the support of others for motivation knowing you are doing it right.

Group Training Runs are at 6am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 7am on Saturdays between August 13th and October 30th 2011. See the PDF information flyer (linked to below) for more details.

Tuesday and Thursday group runs start at 6am at 1) GetRunning/Les Mills in Auckland Central for the Auckland City Group, and 2) Les Mills Takapuna for the North Shore Group. Saturday Group Runs take place at various locations around Auckland; see the PDF information sheet (linked to above) for more details.
